Default Feature Codes
Feature codes are short number combinations (like *2 or *3) that let you quickly control phone system functions directly from your phone. For example, you can check voicemail, transfer a call, or enable call forwarding simply by dialing the right feature code.
Below are the default Yeastar feature codes. Keep in mind that some systems may be configured differently, and we can adjust these codes to fit your business needs.

Feature codes give you more flexibility and work consistently across different devices. Even if a desk phone doesn’t have a dedicated button, you can still dial a feature code to perform the same action.

Not always. The ones shown here are Yeastar’s default codes. However, each system can be customized, so your administrator may change them to fit your company’s needs.

Typically, no. Feature codes are managed system-wide by your administrator. If you’d like something changed, such as swapping or disabling a code, let your admin know and it can be updated.

Yes, you can dial them from any registered desk phone, softphone, or mobile app connected to the system. As long as your extension is active, the feature codes will work the same way.
